YEARLY EYE EXAMS

Eye disease or poor vision occurs at any age, to any sex or ethnic group.  Eye Exams can help provide an early warning to serious systemic health conditions.  Many eye diseases do not show symptoms until it’s too late.  We, Dr. Todd Staniszewski and Dr. Nora Clancy, have the knowledge and technology to detect serious eye diseases in the earliest stages.

Your eyes are the windows to your overall health.  Many diseases such as Diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol can be detected during early stages through your eyes.  A yearly eye exam allows us to detect and treat problems before damage is done.

When it comes to children, they often don’t know their eyesight isn’t 20/20 when their vision has always been blurry.  To them blurry is normal.  A simple eye exam can check to see if a child is seeing their best.

A complete eye exam involves a series of tests designed to evaluate your vision and check for eye diseases.  It doesn’t hurt.  We may use odd-looking instruments, aim bright lights directly at your eyes and request that you look through a seemingly endless array of lenses.  Each test evaluates a different aspect of your vision.  All done to get the most accurate and complete prescription, so that you will see your best!

Don’t forget your yearly eye exam!
