Advanced Eyecare of Michigan is a full service eye care provider. It was started in Clarkston in 1994 by Dr. Todd Staniszewski. Dr. Nora Clancy joined the practice in 1998. Together, we have over 50 years experience in treating eye and vision problems. Our goal has always been to provide the highest level of eye care possible in a friendly and welcoming environment. Patient education and ensuring understanding of one’s vision and eye problem is of the utmost importance. We care about your eyes and you.

Dr. Nora Clancy
Dr. Nora Clancy has been serving patients in Clarkston for over 28 years.
Dr. Clancy resides with her husband and family in Clarkston; and Dr. Todd and his wife are raising twin daughters in Davisburg. Both have a vested interest in helping the community and its residents. They practice comprehensive vision and medical eye care. Their office has the latest and most advanced diagnostic equipment which allows us to diagnose at the earliest stage of disease such conditions as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, dry eyes and cataracts.
Advanced Eye Care has a full service eyeglass dispensary containing the latest in designer eyewear. The office optical lab ensures your prescription is done right.
The practice also specializes in contact lenses including difficult to fit patients with keratoconus, high astigmatism, corneal dystrophies and dry eyes. They fit all types of lenses including scleral contacts, rigid gas permeables and bifocal contacts. Their patients come from all over Michigan and the surrounding areas. If you have previously tried contacts and were told you were not a good candidate or were unsuccessful, Advanced Eye Care may be able to help.
